Why Runstad

The Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies was named in honor of Jon and his wife Judy, a prominent land use attorney. In 2001, A cornerstone gift from the Runstads created the Center, providing a permanent focus on the intellectual and research interests in real estate, something both Jon and Judy felt strongly about as professionals and as graduates of the University of Washington. Their investment in real estate studies, and the Runstad Center, demonstrates their commitment to and aspirations for the future leaders graduating from the Runstad Center.
