Sakriti Vishwakarma

Sakriti is currently working in the Corporate Real Estate industry as a Transaction and Strategy Analyst at CBRE on the Microsoft account. She is assisting the Integrated Occupancy Services Team in managing and planning long term real estate strategy for the Microsoft’s $15M Puget Sound Campus. Prior to this role, she was assisting the Intelligent Workplace (IW) and Master Plan delivery team as an Associate Project Manager where she managed the construction projects funded by Microsoft RE&F. In 2020, she was awarded CBRE|Microsoft summer internship through CREW Seattle. Before joining CBRE|Microsoft, she worked with the UW’s Real Estate Office for an year where she assisted the team with all aspects of real estate including acquisition, disposition, transactions, financial analysis, etc.

Sakriti is an alumni of the MSRE program graduating in 2020. She holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Conservation(2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture(2012) from India. Before moving to Seattle, Sakriti was a practicing architect in India and an Assistant Professor teaching architecture to undergraduate and graduate students at several universities.

She is actively engaged with the local real estate organizations and is currently serving on the Board of CoreNet’s Washington State Chapter and Co-chair of the CREW Seattle’s Foundations Committee.
