Tzu-Han Lin

In the past years, Morse dedicated himself to Taiwan’s real estate industry, worked at architect offices in Taipei, and was involved in various projects, including condominiums, shopping malls, offices, and hotels.

In this period, he had the chance to connect with many large real estate companies in Taipei and observe various strategies in real estate development projects, such as ground lease and BOT. With exposure to those different types of projects, his passion was intrigued to seek more possibilities in real estate.

To truly understand the ins and outs of real estate, he is focusing on building his experience in financial analysis, market research, and risk management. With his technical skills and experience from this program, Morse hopes to become a versatile role in real estate by developing more abilities.
