Noelan Brewington-Janssen

Noela teaches R E 409/509 Financial Modelling for Real Estate II and R E 552 Real Estate Careers and Professional Development.

Raised in Edmonds, WA Noelan joined the MSRE program after 8 years of work experience in eCommerce and International Economic Development. As an eCommerce professional Noelan helped Fortune 50 companies manage their Amazon sales channel, worked in Amsterdam with a toy manufacture to grow their Amazon Europe presence and launched his own line of party supplies. Prior to this Noelan lived in China for 4 years, which culminated in his role as a representative of the City of San Francisco working to attract Chinese investors and companies.

Noelan joined Tarragon in 2021, attracted by the opportunity to gain experience across multiple product types and be part of the Tarragon team as a Development Manager. He currently works on Multi-family and Industrial projects in Pierce and Thurston Counties. Noelan enjoys working with people to solve problems, all while working towards improving the community.
