Earl Wayman

Earl Wayman, RPA recently retired from Kidder Mathews, a leading West Coast commercial real estate firm, where he served as Senior Vice President and Suburban Market Leader. Based in Bellevue, he directed a team responsible for managing a broad portfolio of assets on behalf of institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and families, union pension funds, and the University of Washington. Property types under his oversight included office and medical facilities, research and data centers, industrial and warehouse properties, retail, mixed-use developments, and suburban office parks.

Mr. Wayman has been actively involved in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), where he has held multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the Education Committee, Board Member, Executive Board Member, and Association President. He currently continues his service as a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, he earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMA, recognizing advanced expertise in property and asset management.

Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Wayman completed a 33-year tenure in public education as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He concluded his education career as Principal of Redmond High School in the Lake Washington School District, where he was responsible for academic leadership, faculty supervision, and overall school operations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in English/Education and a master’s degree in School Leadership, both from Seattle Pacific University.
