Jackie Hizzey

Jackie Hizzey serves as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of MainStreet Property Group, a vertically integrated Pacific Northwest real estate company with in-house development, general contracting, and property management operations. Since joining as the firm’s first employee in 2011, Jackie has been instrumental in establishing MainStreet as a leading regional developer, directing financial strategy, operations, and capital formation for projects exceeding $1 billion in total value. As CFO across the entire organization, her responsibilities span the full development life cycle, including deal structuring, capital raising, construction finance, and oversight of the firm’s commercial and mixed-use portfolio.

Prior to joining MainStreet, Jackie held positions in public accounting and served as Controller for a West Coast homebuilder. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga University. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves as Treasurer of the Cascadia College Foundation Board, reflecting her commitment to advancing educational opportunity in the region.
