Since earning her architecture degree from the University of New Mexico, Meredith has built a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years. As President and Managing Principal of Baylis Architects, she leads with a focus on design excellence and community impact.
Meredith’s extensive experience encompasses every phase of the architectural process, from feasibility studies and conceptual design through construction administration. Her expertise is particularly focused on multifamily and commercial architecture, where she is dedicated to creating thoughtful, enduring environments that enhance the lives of those who use them.
Throughout her career, Meredith has remained steadfast in her commitment to environmental sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and advancing opportunities for future generations. She actively champions these values through board service, volunteerism, and as host of The Blackprint – A Thrival Guide for Emerging BIPOC Architects, a podcast dedicated to supporting and empowering the next generation of diverse design professionals.
