Benjamin Yeung

Benjamin is a student in the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of Washington. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the UW Foster School of Business with a concentration in Information Systems, where he developed a background in business, technology, and analytical problem-solving.

Prior to beginning the MSRE program, Benjamin earned his Series 65 license, building his knowledge of investment products, portfolio strategy, financial markets, and investment advisory practices. His interests center on the intersection of real estate investment, development, and wealth management, particularly how real estate can be evaluated both as an individual investment opportunity and as an alternative asset within a broader portfolio.

Through the MSRE program, Benjamin is expanding his financial and analytical knowledge into real estate investment analysis, valuation, development, and market strategy. He is particularly interested in developing the skills to evaluate real estate opportunities from both an investment and development perspective while connecting those insights with his broader interests in wealth management and portfolio strategy.
