Originally from Kyrgyzstan, she brings more than six years of experience at EY and Morgan Stanley, along with an international perspective shaped by working across Central Asia and the United States.

At EY, Cholpon led financial statement audits across diverse industries, including engagements involving construction companies that sparked her interest in real estate. She is drawn to the industry’s combination of financial analysis, strategic thinking, and tangible impact on the places where people live and work. Through the MSRE program, she is broadening her understanding of the field, exploring different career paths, and learning from classmates, faculty, and industry professionals.

She approaches this transition with curiosity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. Excited to learn and ready to contribute, Cholpon brings an analytical mindset, an international perspective, and a collaborative approach. She looks forward to applying her experience to real estate opportunities that create lasting value for businesses, investors, and communities.
