Cody Little

Cody Little is an operations executive and former Navy submarine officer starting a new career as a residential real estate developer. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and is returning to the University of Washington, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He has fifteen years of experience leading complex projects, from shipyard maintenance periods to manufacturing facility site selection.

Cody has spent most of his life in the Pacific Northwest and believes housing is central to what makes a city thrive. He hopes to use his time in the MSRE program to gain the skills, perspective, and professional network to contribute to the growth and resiliency of the best city in the world: his chosen home of Seattle.
