Dylan Greer
Dylan Greer is a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student at the University of Washington, graduating in June 2027 with advanced standing. Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (BSRE) in March 2026, also from the University of Washington. Currently, Dylan works as a Policy Analyst at McCullough Hill PLLC, where she conducts research and develops legislative policy to incentivize development across the Puget Sound region.
During her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington, Dylan completed three internships that deepened her passion for the built environment and the Puget Sound real estate industry. As a Development Intern at Tarragon, she gained exposure to the full life cycle of multifamily, industrial, retail, and land development projects. As a Transaction and Marketing Coordinator with the Multifamily Team at Lee & Associates, she sharpened her underwriting and market research skills. As a Sales and Operations Intern at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, she gained hands-on experience in property management and investment sales operations.
Dylan completed a study abroad program in Singapore during her University of Washington undergraduate education, where she explored how modern infrastructure and planning processes can shape successful, high-performing urban communities.
Through Dylan’s Master’s of Science in Real Estate, Dylan hopes to develop a holistic, technical understanding of development in order to contextualize her future career pursuit as a land use attorney. Dylan is proud to be a double-Runstad Husky and intends to devote her career to creating a vibrant, sustainable, and successful Puget Sound region!
