Hyeri Lee a real estate professional specializing in public-sector projects pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington. She brings more than ten years of experience at Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), a South Korean public institution, where her work has spanned development planning, construction-phase management, coordination with local governments, and oversight of facilities operations and maintenance. She has also worked on a government office and community facility project in South Korea, from initial planning through construction and into facility operations.
Before joining KAMCO, Hyeri spent four years in architectural design at HAEAHN Architecture, an architecture firm in South Korea.
She holds a Bachelor of Architecture. Her experience in both design and public asset management has given her a practical understanding of how decisions made during development affect a property long after construction is complete.
Through the MSRE program, Hyeri hopes to deepen her knowledge of real estate finance and investment and develop the skills to contribute to KAMCO’s future international projects. She is particularly interested in public-private partnerships that can manage development costs efficiently while creating mutually beneficial outcomes for public agencies, private partners, and the communities they serve.
