Jonas Kilvinger

Jonas Kilvinger is a double-degree student from IRE|BS (International Real Estate Business School) in Regensburg, Germany, currently pursuing the MSRE program alongside his master’s degree in Germany. Through the program, he aims to deepen his understanding of the U.S. real estate market, gain first-hand exposure to U.S. brokerage practices, and develop a comparative perspective on European and American real estate markets while building an international professional network.

Before joining the University of Washington, Jonas gained broad experience across commercial real estate. Most notably, he worked in office agency leasing at JLL in Munich, where he advised occupiers throughout the leasing process, from space identification and property viewings to lease negotiations and signing. His experience is complemented by roles in Corporate Real Estate Transaction Management at BMW Group and Real Estate Advisory at PwC, giving him exposure to occupier-side decision-making, transaction processes, and real estate valuation.

Building on this experience, Jonas now looks to further broaden his perspective by applying his background in a new market environment. After graduation, he plans to take the next step toward establishing himself in the U.S. real estate industry by pursuing an internship through OPT, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position.
