Kerry Nicholson

Kerry Nicholson is a Senior Managing Director for Legacy Partners.  Starting in 1999 Kerry until recently oversaw all aspects of Legacy’s activities in the Pacific Northwest, including development, construction, and property management of the company’s market rate apartment portfolio.  Prior to joining Legacy, Kerry had a 20 plus year career in commercial real estate finance, procuring over $2 billion in debt and equity commitments as a senior executive of Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and GE Capital Real Estate.  Mr. Nicholson is a past Chair of the Runstad Board and the ULI Northwest District Council, and Chair Emeritus/Founder of the ULI Northwest Multi-Family Council.  Kerry recently stepped back from full-time employment and has limited himself to oversight of projects in Hawaii. Mr. Nicholson graduated Phi Beta Kappa with an A.B. from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
