Leo Pitti Barria

Leo Pitti is an architect from Panama with a background in urban planning, site plan analysis, and real estate development. He began his career with Panama’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, where he worked on property subdivision analysis, zoning and land-use regulations, site inspections, and development projects. He later gained experience in architectural design and construction in both Panama and Seattle.

Over time, Leo developed a growing interest in the business and development side of real estate, particularly in understanding how properties are evaluated, how development projects are planned and financed, and how real estate decisions can create value. This led him to pursue the Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington, where he hopes to strengthen his knowledge of finance, investment, and development while building on his design and planning background.

After graduation, Leo plans to pursue a career in real estate development, with additional interests in land use, right-of-way, and affordable housing. Outside of school, he enjoys photography, exploring Seattle, traveling, and spending time with his family.
