Lori Hill

Lori Hill serves as the CEO of Clise Properties, the 136-year-old commercial real estate company headquartered in Seattle. She leads strategy and operations for a diverse portfolio across the Pacific Northwest, encompassing office, medical office, retail, residential, and specialized asset types, with a focus on long-term stewardship, resilient investment, and strategic value creation.

Before joining Clise, Lori was a Senior Vice President at Unico Properties. Prior, she started her commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield before joining the Seattle office of JLL. There, she served for many years as Principal and completed over $4 billion in real estate transactions. Lori is Chair of the Northwest District Council of the Urban Land Institute, past president of CREW Seattle, and she has served as a Board Member for NAIOP and on the Board of Trustees at ArtsFund. She earned an MBA from Seattle University and an undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
