Noah Gold

Noah Gold is a Seattle native who returned to the Pacific Northwest after six years in San Francisco working in energy and technology. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Environmental Science.

Noah works at Dor Capital, a Seattle-based private investment firm focused on real estate and operating businesses. He concentrates on asset management, market analysis and capital formation, with a particular interest in the Pacific Northwest’s secondary markets. Through this program, he hopes to strengthen his real estate fundamentals and deepen his presence in the Seattle real estate community.

Outside of work, Noah spends time with his growing family and enjoys skiing, golfing and biking across Washington.
