Phil Greany is the Vice President of Operations at Mortenson, where he leads a dynamic business delivering approximately $450M annually across the Seattle region. Over his 22-year tenure with the company, Phil has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, leading teams, and successfully delivering complex projects across the built environment. In his current role, he is responsible for overall performance, including project delivery, client relationships, and strategic growth across key markets.
With extensive experience in large-scale construction and real estate development, Phil is recognized for his focus on execution, risk management, and building high-performing teams. He is particularly passionate about integrating innovative tools and delivery approaches that drive speed, certainty, and value for clients.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Phil is deeply committed to leadership development and community engagement. He serves on the Board of the Downtown Seattle Association, an organization dedicated to enhancing the vitality, economic health, and livability of downtown Seattle. He is also actively involved in mentorship through programs such as ACE Mentoring and LeaderFlow, supporting the growth of emerging leaders across the industry and community.
