Steve Davis

In December of 2025, Steve Davis joined ICG in the role of Principal. Prior to ICG, Steve was a co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of Avenue5 for the past decade.  Having served as a principle of HSC Real Estate and later as Divisional President for Riverstone Residential Group,  Steve brings deep expertise in multifamily operations, market and operational trends and investor relations. He played a key role in building Avenue5 into one of the nation’s largest and most respected property management firms by driving operational excellence through strategic performance and innovation, strengthening operational and client partnerships and through fostering a culture of collaboration and strong execution. Steve is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and MolecularBiology.
