Trevor Skeffington

Trevor is a first-year student in the Runstad Center’s MSRE program, focused on construction management and real estate development in commercial real estate. He currently works as a Project Engineer Assistant with The Rush Companies, supporting construction administration on a multifamily development project – his first role in construction, which complements his finance and underwriting foundation.

Trevor holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Oregon (2025). He serves as Co-Director of Events for the UW Real Estate Club, organizing property tours, speaker panels, and networking events, and is active in Seattle’s CRE community through ULI Young Leaders Group and CREDAWA programming.

Trevor comes from a family background in asphalt construction and spent three seasons as an Ocean Lifeguard with California State Parks – experiences that shape his hands-on, team-first approach to real estate.
