Yida grew up in Taipei, Taiwan, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Development Management from Chinese Culture University. During his undergraduate studies, he gained experience in urban planning, real estate development, and financial feasibility analysis through several development projects. He also completed an internship at a real estate appraisal firm, where he gained practical exposure to property valuation, market research, and real estate analysis.

At the University of Washington, Yida is pursuing the MSRE program to deepen his understanding of real estate finance, investment, and development. He is particularly interested in real estate development, investment analysis, and client-facing corporate real estate, and hopes to better understand how market research, financial analysis, and business strategy come together in real estate decision-making. As he continues exploring different areas of the industry, he hopes to build a career that combines analytical thinking with strong communication and client relationships.

Outside of academics, Yida enjoys strength training, hiking, traveling, and discovering different cities and neighborhoods.
