Faculty Research

The real estate faculty in the Runstad Department of Real Estate are leading experts in a wide array of fields. These range across real estate investment management, housing policy, sustainability, mortgage markets, urban economics, disaster management, homelessness and securitized real estate markets. The faculty not only regularly publish in the leading real estate and housing journals as well but also those in related fields such as economics, criminology, urban policy, geography, finance and public policy. In addition to their academic research they are also actively engaged with the professional community via applied research and policy work.
