Chunye Tang

Chunye has a bachelor’s degree of Arts in English. She started working as a interpreter for a Real Estate Development Company based in Central China upon graduation.

A quick study and task-driven person, from 2010 to 2014, with the joint efforts from UNDP and the Embassy diplomats in Beijing, Chunye has worked as a liaison manager on public-private partnerships in a number of Eastern and Southern African countries with the mission to provide affordable housing for civil servants and the public in general, when rapid urbanization and population boom were pushing up demand for housing in Sub-Saharan Africa, with most countries having an estimated tens of thousands of housing required every year in the next 10 years.

In 2015, Chunye came to learn about US real estate market through a 47 million dollar acquisition deal in Chicago lakeside.

Realizing the unique character of mixed development and commercial real estate in particular, Chunye decided to take full time studies in real estate and obtain profound knowledge and experience in real estate development and investment.
