Martha Barkman
Martha Barkman has been a long time developer with Mack Real Estate Development LLC (formerly Harbor Properties Inc.), where she is Vice President of Development. With over 30 years of experience, her focus is primarily on residential and mix-use projects surrounding Seattle’s downtown and urban centers, including Harbor Steps which won ULI’s national project of the year in 2001. Martha is involved in a wide range of development related activities including; due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, financing, retail leasing, and interface with property managers. She serves on the boards of several neighborhood community groups and participates as an advisor to the City of Seattle on improving development regulation and public benefits.
Martha holds an MS in Construction Management from the University of Washington, and also holds degrees in Finance and Management from Seattle Pacific University.
