Stuart oversees Metzler’s Asset Management team nationally as well as the leasing, capital and operational management on behalf of Metzler’s separate account clients for assets located in the West Coast and Chicago markets.
Prior to joining Metzler in 2011, Stuart originated small balance commercial real estate mortgages in the Pacific Northwest and Chicago for Countrywide Commercial and Washington Mutual.
Stuart is active in the Urban Land Institute and has held several local and national leadership positions with NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Stuart holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Washington.
