2023 Runstad Leadership Dinner

The 10th Annual Runstad Leadership Dinner was a record breaking event! There were over 800 people in the room showing their support of our department, programs, and students. We want to thank our event chair, Shannon Underwood, as well as the Runstad Advisory Board and Event Planning Committee for coming together to help plan and execute this hallmark event. We also want to thank Matt Griffin, our keynote speaker, who gave a behind the scenes look into the Seattle Convention Center project and shared his insights on our city’s next reinvention.

After expenses, we raised $95,000 to support the department, with an additional $346,000 from the “Raise the Paddle” which will go directly to funding graduate scholarships over the next five years.

We would also like to thank Judy Runstad, Greg Johnson, Walt Ingraham, and Andy Bench of Wright Runstad for the sizeable endowment they have created to support graduate education, which will fully fund one graduate student per year. All of these gifts will make an incredible impact for students pursuing the Master of Science in Real Estate. We are grateful to our community for showing such amazing generosity towards our students.
