As Vice President of Development for Touchstone and a member of the leadership team at parent company, Urban Renaissance Group, Kristin participates in direction setting and strategy for the development company as well as overseeing the execution of projects from concept through completion. She is responsible for design strategy and construction feasibility, design and construction phase management and financial performance, as well as seamless delivery to tenants and on-time/on-budget delivery for investors.
Kristin has been managing development projects around the Puget Sound for over 20 years. Her experience spans many product types and locations including suburban office and build-to-suits for companies including Weyerhaeuser and Capital One, retail lifestyle centers and town centers such as Kent Station, downtown high rise hotel and office buildings including hill7 and tilt49, as well as destination lodging projects.
Kristin has a professional degree in Architecture from Washington State University. She is an active member of NAIOP, currently serving as Chapter Past-President, also serving on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Council of Seattle and King County. Kristin is a member of CREW and ULI, as well as an avid golfer, Girl Scout leader and mother.
