Rob Swartz

Rob Swartz is Retired, Senior Vice President, Pacific Northwest Region, for Kilroy Realty Corporation. He responsible for all leasing and marketing activities for Kilroy Realty’s PNW projects, as well as for identifying new opportunities and expanding the company’s footprint. Swartz has held key roles in a variety of disciplines including real estate brokerage, corporate advisory, and design. He spent 16 years at CBRE in Seattle, 12 years as a Principal with NBBJ, including business development in Russia, the Middle East and India. He also spent four years as Principal of KMD Architects in San Francisco.
