Charlie Foushee
Charlie is a Sr. Development Manager with Skanska USA Commercial Development and has been involved in all phases of a project from acquisition, entitlements, design, construction management, leasing, and asset management. Additionally, he has worked on land development deals, land assemblage deals, and value-add deals throughout the Puget Sound region.
He brings 10 years of commercial real estate experience in most product types including: industrial, retail, urban multi-family, and office. Such projects he has worked on include: 400 Fairview, Alley111, Bellefield Office Park, Eastgate Office Park, Kent Station and Valley South Industrial Park.
Charlie joined Skanska in 2016 and has previously worked for both Talon Private Capital and Tarragon Development. He holds a B.A. in International Business from Seattle University. He is an active member with the Urban Land Institute and volunteers his time with the Bainbridge Island Farmer’s Market. Charlie lives on Bainbridge Island with his three young sons and wife and enjoys playing outdoors either fly-fishing, snow skiing, or being on the water.
