Monica Wallace

Monica Wallace is the Regional President of Brokerage for Kidder Mathews’ five Pacific Northwest offices in Washington and Oregon. In her role, she oversees strategic initiatives, broker development and support, recruitment and business development. With over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Monica is deeply invested in the commercial real estate community and has extensive knowledge from a market perspective but also the technical aspects related to successful real estate transactions. In 2022, she was selected as a Top Influencer in Retail Real Estate for GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. In addition, she was named Commercial Broker of the Year by Washington Realtors and recognized by Bisnow as a Power Woman —an award honoring influential players in commercial real estate.

Monica holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington and attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business LEAD program.
