Dehlan Gwo

As the Vice President of New Developments at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Dehlan Gwo and his team lead the marketing, sales and project design of the most innovative new developments in Seattle and across the Pacific Northwest.

Before his current role, Dehlan was a director at the development firm Create World Real Estate, behind notable high-rise condominium projects such as The Emerald in Downtown Seattle and MARI in Bellevue. Dehlan also previously spent time in the foreign inbound investment space connecting overseas investors with American developers, while living and working in Shanghai, China. Dehlan has held a real estate broker license in Washington since 2015. 

Born and raised in the Seattle-area and a graduate of the UW Foster School of Business, Dehlan is thrilled to be pursuing his Master’s degree at the Runstad Department of Real Estate as a “Double-Dawg”.
