Conor Berg

As Vice President of Development at SEB Incorporated, Conor has experience taking multi-family projects from due-diligence periods to project close-out. He has overseen the development of three projects totaling 379 units across the greater Puget Sound area. His passion to create communities that residents are proud to call their homes drives him throughout the development process.

 Conor was born in Gig Harbor, Washington and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. He graduated with a B.S degree in Construction Management in 2018. Conor is excited to continue his education at UW pursuing a Master’s of Science in Real Estate.

 In his spare time, Conor enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and playing tennis.
