Originally from Orange County, California, Sam Tullis first came to Washington for his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business. He recently graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Information Systems with a minor in Real Estate.
Sam’s interest in real estate led him to valuable internships at Ironwood Commercial Real Estate and Affinius Capital, where he gained hands-on experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, and asset management.
Particularly intrigued by the intersection of real estate and technology, Sam is keen on exploring innovative solutions and leveraging data-driven insights in investment analysis. He sees great potential in integrating new technologies into various aspects of real estate, from smart building management systems to advanced analytics for investment decision-making. Sam is passionate about creating more sustainable and profitable projects through the strategic application of technology in the real estate sector.

Outside of his academic pursuits, Sam is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring Seattle’s diverse culinary scene. He also has a love for the outdoors, often spending his free time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
