Vicent Senyondo

Currently pursuing an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Washington, Seattle, Vicent’s journey into the world of real estate and data analytics is a story of passion and growth. Born in Uganda, Vicent’s early fascination with property markets and real estate appraisal led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Land Economics at Makerere University. The bachelor’s degree provided a holistic understanding of how land and property resources are managed, appraised, and developed.

Vicent’s career has spanned multiple countries, from Uganda to the United States. As a Commercial Real Estate Researcher at Ponsar Valuation LLC, he assisted senior/licensed appraisers on real estate appraisal projects for diverse property types, including industrial developments, retail & office condominiums, residential subdivisions, luxury homes, and oceanfront estates. He also managed a database of 25,000+ comparables and property listings across all property types on the Hawaiian Islands.

Vicent’s career path has been further enriched by his education in data analytics. He completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Analytics from Durham College in Canada, where he honed his skills in data analytics and visualization using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Vicent’s professional interests extend beyond valuation to mediation, holding an accredited designation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the Corporate Finance Institute of Canada (FMVA). He is also an affiliate of the Appraisal Institute US and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as both an Associate | Valuation and a RICS Accredited Mediator. This further highlights his commitment to the profession and the built environment.

Passionate about leveraging data for strategic decision-making in real estate, Vicent is a forward-thinking professional who thrives on solving complex problems. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring global property markets and travelling.
