Cori Palmer

Cori Palmer joined Mortenson in 2009 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. In her current role as Market Executive, Cori is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to support their business objectives and growth plans. Cori’s expertise encompasses a wide range of markets, including commercial office, hospitality, residential, healthcare, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Recent projects include Four106, Key Bank Pavilion, and various projects for AMLI and citizenM Hotels. Through her exceptional communication and focus on problem-solving, Cori collaborates with teams and partners to develop solutions that benefit every party involved. She makes it her mission each day to help create and lead an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and motivated to put their best foot forward to build lasting facilities for our community. Cori currently serves on the Bellevue Downtown Association board of directors and co-chairs the BDA Urban Forum, and she is an active member on the NAIOP Washington Membership Committee. She remains actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) – Seattle, where she served as Chapter President in 2019.
