Bill Ketcham

Bill is a seasoned construction industry executive with over two decades of experience spanning architecture, project management, business development, and executive leadership. As Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction Company’s Washington business unit, he oversees more than 350 employees and steers operations that generate over $550 million in annual revenue. His leadership is defined by a clear strategic vision, a passion for team culture, and a relentless commitment to innovation and client success.

Bill’s journey at Turner has been shaped by diverse roles across major U.S. markets. He previously led Turner’s Special Projects Division in Seattle, focusing on high-impact sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commercial Tech, and Higher Education. Prior to that, he was instrumental in shaping Turner’s business development strategy in the San Francisco Bay Area. His earlier roles as a project manager and cost strategist in New York City laid the technical and analytical foundation for his leadership path.

A trained architect, Bill earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and his Master of Science from Columbia University’s GSAPP. His professional roots include early work with design firms in New York and Los Angeles.

Beyond the office, Bill’s commitment to community is exemplified through his service on the board of Zeno, a Seattle-based nonprofit that fosters math learning through equity and play. He’s also a proud graduate of Leadership Tomorrow’s Class of 2018.
