Meet Our 2026 – 2027 Ambassadors
The Real Estate major and minor are supported by two student ambassadors who host weekly drop-in hours to assist with coursework and share their experiences in the program. In addition to academic help, they offer peer-to-peer career support, including internship guidance, resume reviews, and mock interviews. See below for their bios, weekly hours, and the booking link.
Lily Gu

Lily Gu is a current senior at the University of Washington, pursuing a Departmental Honors
in Law, Societies, & Justice, major in Real Estate, and minors in French and Political
Science. Lily has gained professional experience through internships with New York
Habitat, The Commons Law Center, The Borgen Project, and the Hexin Notary OOice,
through which she has developed skills in legal research, tenant eviction defense, nonprofit
advocacy, and legal compliance in New York City, Paris, Provence, and London. She is also
a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and she completed the study abroad program of aOordable
housing last summer in Paris.
Outside of academic and professional pursuits, Lily enjoys opera, hiking, skiing, and
exploring diOerent cultures, having studied and worked in China, France, and the U.S. She
is committed to advocating for marginalized communities and plans to pursue a legal
career that combines her interests in real estate and social justice.
Leo Lee

Leo Lee is a senior at the University of Washington pursuing double degrees at Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations & Supply Chain Management. His professional experiences include residential development and transaction work in Southampton, New York and multifamily housing transactions in Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. He has also gained international experience through the United Nations in New York, served in Model United Nations leadership since 2018, and supported inventory operations for Nissan’s N7 vehicle production.
Academically, Leo maintains a 3.9 GPA in Real Estate coursework and a 3.8 cumulative GPA. His areas of strength include real estate market analysis, property transactions, and professional development, with a growing interest in industrial development and supply chain systems.
Outside of academics, Leo enjoys kayaking, outdoor running, football, and golf. He is also an enthusiastic BBQ chef who enjoys meeting new people, building connections, and helping fellow students make the most of their experience at UW.
