Hossein Esprouz

Hossein earned his Civil Engineering degree in 2001 and an MBA in 2016, building both the technical and managerial foundation for a career in real estate. Over the past two decades, he has led diverse development and investment projects , focusing on creating durable and impactful built environments. He has served as Director of the Real Estate Department at Butane Group Holding, where he oversaw strategic planning, acquisitions, and major development initiatives, and acted as secretary of the holding’s transaction committee.

Hossein has cultivated strong international networks, particularly in China and the Middle East, which inform his global perspective on real estate markets. At the University of Washington, he is pursuing the MSRE program to deepen his expertise in U.S. real estate finance and markets, and to explore how global investment and sustainable urban development can be aligned to shape resilient communities.
