Anne DeVoe Lawler is a commercial real estate attorney with, and a Co-Managing Member of Jameson Pepple Cantu PLLC in Seattle. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, representing primarily owners and developers – including leasing, purchase and sales transactions, commercial loans, development agreements, mixed use projects, ground leases, and hazardous waste matters that impact real estate.
As a member of the commercial real estate community, advancing the cause of providing high quality post-graduate educational opportunities to students interested in entering commercial real estate is a high priority for me. Further, I am interested in fostering the growth and visibility of high quality and cutting-edge research activities impacting commercial real estate. The Runstad Department of Real Estate speaks directly to my interests in promoting post-graduate educational opportunities through the MSRE degree and the associated internships available in the community. The Research Center at the Runstad Department (formerly known as the Washington Center for Real Estate Research) offers high quality research products valuable to real estate practitioners in the Pacific Northwest as well as in the national arena.
