Aysegul Pilavci was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, where her passion for architecture and design began to take shape. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ozyegin University, where she developed a solid foundation in design principles, project management, and strong analytical skills. During her studies, Aysegul completed several internships that provided her with practical experience and further enriched her understanding of the field.
After graduating, she gained invaluable experience working in construction companies, including her role as a Technical Office Architect at Turner Construction, along with various other positions. These experiences allowed her to engage deeply with the construction process, honing her ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams on complex projects.
Despite her background in architecture and construction, Aysegul has always had a keen interest in real estate. This passion prompted her to pivot her career toward the real estate industry, where she is eager to apply her analytical skills and architectural insights. Always open to self-improvement, she aims to graduate from the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program at the University of Washington with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. She also plans to enhance her experience through internships, deepening her knowledge of real estate finance, development, and market dynamics. Through her studies abroad, she seeks to broaden her perspective.
