Bryan is an owner of TBG Capital, which provides both debt and equity on real estate investments. Prior to TBG, Bryan was the first employee at Broadmark Realty Capital in 2012, which later went public in November 2019 (NYSE: BRMK).
Over his 11 year career with Broadmark, Bryan made partner, served as the Western Region’s portfolio manager and Senior Vice President where he managed a team that originated, underwrote, and asset managed over $2B in commercial construction financing. In addition to his real estate lending experience, Bryan has personally participated in real estate equity syndications, joint ventures, and alternative financing.
Bryan grew up in Selah, Washington with a real estate family who owns and self manages multifamily properties throughout Central Washington. Bryan graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a focus on finance and marketing in addition to attending the Sales Certificate program. After graduating from the UW, Bryan spent a few years in the brokerage industry working at Ewing and Clark before landing in the debt industry.
Since 2013, Bryan has been a board member of the Wallingford Boys and Girls Club where he was awarded the Board Member of the Year in 2015. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys golf, skiing, and traveling with his family.
