Charlie Wilcox

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2022 with a degree in Real Estate and have since been working in property management with Hudson Pacific Properties. As part of my role, I help manage over a million square feet of prime office space, including three buildings occupied by Amazon, one of the world’s largest tech companies. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of managing high-profile, Class-A office properties, meeting the rigorous demands of tech industry clients, and maintaining operational excellence. Collaborating closely with a leading global tenant has sharpened my expertise in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing maintenance and service contracts, and ensuring smooth coordination in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

My interest in real estate began from a fascination with the built environment and the dynamics of property development and management. This curiosity inspired me to pursue a career in the field. During my time in the MSRE program, I hope to expand my knowledge in property management, asset optimization, and operational efficiency to enhance the value and performance of commercial properties.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, going on walks, and spending time with friends. I am also passionate about working on my 1976 Volkswagen Bus. It has been a long-lasting project of mine that allows me to merge my love for design and mechanics with my technical skills. This work requires patience, precision, and creativity, but nonetheless it is a way for me to ease my mind.
