Cora Hollingbery is a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student at the University of Washington, graduating in June 2026 with advanced standing. Originally from the greater Seattle area, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Real Estate from California Baptist University, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Business Administration Award for outstanding academic achievement. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a peer mentor, mathematics and business tutor, and held leadership roles in student organizations.
Cora has gained experience in both development and operations through internships with MainStreet Property Group and Insite Property Solutions. At MainStreet, she contributed to project planning and community-focused development initiatives. At Insite, she gained insight into property operations and how strategic management decisions shape resident experiences and long-term asset performance. Together, these roles have provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate lifecycle, from concept and development to daily operations.
Passionate about sustainable development and community building, Cora plans to pursue a career in real estate development, focusing on projects that enhance livability and create lasting value across the Pacific Northwest.
