Currently a Managing Principal and firm leader, Craig joined Seneca Group in 2003 and has provided advisory and project leadership to Amazon, Expedia, Museum of Flight and many other clients. He remains heavily engaged with project oversight, team leadership and problem solving, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project duration. Within his broad development management experience, he is often recognized for his upfront project work, providing expertise in site selection, real estate advisory and transaction management. His global project experience includes commercial office, R&D, industrial, cultural facilities, hospitality and residential. Prior to his tenure at Seneca Group, Craig spent several years as an architect, providing a broad range of design, project management and advisory services to his clients.
Craig holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed architect in Washington and California.
Craig is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is a past board member of Plymouth Housing Group and Leadership Tomorrow, and a past Chair of the Seattle Design Review Board (NE).
Craig continues to volunteer in the UW Foster School’s annual Business Plan Competition and can usually be found wearing purple on game days.
