Daniel Gallagher

Daniel is President of Nitze-Stagen, an integrated real estate investment and development company based in Seattle, WA. In his role Daniel manages deal sourcing, capital formation, investment analysis, and development oversight. Since joining the company in 2015, Daniel has overseen projects totaling nearly $1.0bb in stabilized value and the entitlement, construction, and/or renovation of more than 1,500 apartment units.

Before Nitze-Stagen, Daniel worked as an early-stage technology investor at Voyager Capital and as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Daniel holds BA degrees in Finance and English Literature from University of Washington and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
