Daniel Ribas Weber

Daniel Ribas Weber is a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student at the University of Washington, set to graduate in June 2026 with advanced standing. In 2022, Daniel completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at the University of Washington and was also part of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team. Daniel grew up in Ecuador, South America.

Daniel gained professional experience as a Project Engineer upon receiving his bachelor’s degree and working for two reputable general contractors in the Seattle area. From 2021 to 2024 he worked at JTM Construction where he was part of the construction team for the new development of Avenue Bellevue. This was a 1,280,000 sqft project, including 408,000 sqft of residential space, 53,000 sqft of hotel space, and 76,000 sqft of retail space. Upon completion of the Avenue Bellevue project, Daniel made a strategic move to Foushee and Associates, where he worked from 2024 to 2025, to gain more exposure to all the phases of the construction process and work on multiple smaller scale projects across the Greater Seattle area.

Daniel’s goal at the MSRE program is to develop new perspectives while leveraging existing experiences and connections obtained through the world of construction. Daniel’s long-term goals are to join a development firm and make a positive impact on the local community, respecting the values and shared passion for the Pacific Northwest.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys snowboarding, camping, hiking and playing soccer. LinkedIn
