Doug Demers

Doug is the managing director, principal of the PNW Studio of HKS, a global strategy & design firm. He is a business strategist and architect with extensive experience in real estate advisory, planning, architecture and interior design. His portfolio demonstrates more than 30 years of successful projects in strategic real estate planning, master planning, building design, workplace strategy, sustainability and global service delivery models with a focus on hospitality, higher education, commercial mixed use, science and technology. In addition to managing the Seattle office, Doug leads efforts in real estate strategy working under the HKS Advisory umbrella. Prior to joining B+H, Doug was Founding Principal of the Colliers International Advisory Services Group, and also previously held senior management roles with Perkins + Will, Callison, NBBJ and HOK.
