Originally from Houston, Texas, Eldon has always been fascinated by the impact of the built environment on people and communities. This passion led him to earn a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, where he contributed to the design of master planned communities and parks within the Greater Houston Area.
Seeking to make a broader impact, Eldon pursued a Master of Urban Planning at the University of Washington. While working as an Economic Development Intern for the City of Bellevue, he became interested in real estate through his involvement in public space activation projects, recognizing the critical role real estate plays in placemaking.
Eldon draws inspiration from spaces like The Houston Galleria, Bellevue Square, and innovative master-planned communities that prioritize user experience. After completing his degree, he plans to pursue a career in real estate development.
Outside of his professional life, Eldon enjoys weightlifting and spending time with his dog.
