Eli Heller (he/him) is the graduate program advisor for the Master of Science in Real Estate, as well as a career coach for both undergraduates and graduate students in the department. Eli is available to support all Runstad students individually with any aspect of career development and planning, including long-term goal setting, professional identity formation, job and internship applications, interviewing, cover letter/resume review, grad school planning, personal statements, and networking. He is also available as a resource for neurodivergent-identifying students. Originally from Los Angeles, Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Irvine, and a Master of Education degree in student development administration from Seattle University. He has been working in higher education for 8 years and has served as an academic advisor, career coach and instructor. Outside of work, Eli is an upper bass in the Seattle Men’s Chorus and a screening committee volunteer for the Seattle Queer Film Festival.
