Eric Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Property Group and McCormick Development, LLC. Main Street is leading residential developer of Mixed-Use Communities in the Puget Sound region. McCormick is a Master Planned Community located in Port Orchard, Wa., which consists a variety of single family neighborhoods, golf course, and hundreds of acres of parks and trails.
Eric founded his first company, CamWest Development, a homebuilder in Kirkland in 1991. CamWest grew to become on the five largest homebuilders in the State of Washington before being sold to Toll Brothers in 2011. Main Street was founded in 2012 and McCormick in 2015.
Eric’s real estate expertise in based upon creating distinctive communities with enduring value where people love to live. This passion has led to numerous collaborations with cities. This approach has resulted in Eric’s companies receiving the Governor’s Award of Smart Community twice along with numerous other national awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur in the Pacific Northwest.
Eric currently serves as the Past Chair of Advisory Board of University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate and serves on the Board for Forterra, a non-profit combining conservation and community.
